What are mixing and mastering?

When you're done with the tracking stage, it's important to put the final touches on your song to make sure that everything sounds perfect.  Mixing is the process by which a trained, professional engineer takes your tracks and turns them into one, fluid, great sounding song.

Think of it this way, you've got all of the ingredients for a great salad.  Mixing is making sure that you have the right amount of lettuce, tomatoes, etc.  Mastering is the seasoning that turns a plate of vegetables into a great tasting meal!

Mixing

Big Boyz Music has a team of top of the line mixing engineers to make sure your songs sound unbelievable. We've mixed tracks for some of todays hot up and coming talents from all over the world.  Our engineer pays attention to every detail and you will hear the difference in your professionally mixed tracks, guaranteed. 
 
Our mixing service is $149/song, significantly less than a typical mixing fee, and includes one free modification after your review.

Mastering

Let our mastering engineer put the finishing touches on your album.  Using a combination of analogue and digital gear, our mastering engineer will apply EQ, multiband compression, stereo imaging to make your mix shine. Our mastering service will give your song the finished professional sound quality recording for record label, demo, scouting and radio airplay. 
Our mastering service is $99/song.

Audio Editing

Everybody makes mistakes.  Big Boyz Music can take your recorded tracks and edit them into perfection.  Missed a drum note?  One phrase louder than the next?  We can fix just about anything.

Vocal Tuning

Excellent vocals are crucial to the success of your song.  We have the skills and knowledge to make them sound perfectly in tune while keeping the natural qualities and tone of your voice. 
Our vocal tuning service is $75 for the first vocal track and $35 for each additional backing track.
